We're thrilled to announce that Reece Sweeney has recently joined Richard Herrmann Associates as a Graduate Engineer. Reece comes to us from Nottingham Trent University having gained a 2.1 B.Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering.

Reece has already been busy in analysing quite complex platforms and building alterations, proving himself to be adept at understanding the nature of the problem before then going on to apply the technical design and detailing processes that might be required.

Reece has been utilising RFEM by Dlubal to create analysis models, as well as AutoCAD by Autodesk to prepare design and remedial details, along with calculations within TEDDS proforma package to design individual members and elements.

Application is underway with the Institution of Structural Engineers for a Graduate membership for Reece too, allowing him to start to progress towards Chartered Engineer status.

We are really pleased and excited to welcome Reece on to the team and look forward to watching his career development!
