RHA are very pleased to be providing our varied consultancy services to KITE Utility Services Ltd to assist their client, Anglian Water in upgrading and maintaining the vast networks of pipes, treatment works, and sewers.

KITE are a civil, mechanical, electrical and pump engineering maintenance, repair, and installation company, with over 25 years experience specifically within the water and wastewater industry. Their team of qualified and competent engineers have a proven record of capability to repair and install all plant, equipment, and assets associated within water, waste-water and manufacturing industry.

RHA have been appointed to assist with asset inspection, feasibility studies and remedial design works that will allow KITE to continue to provide their excellent level of service to Anglian Water, whilst also acheiving the requirements of the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) and the Building Safety Act. We have already visited a water treatment works site to allow an inspection chamber to be designed, detailed and installed, as well as carrying out an initial vehicle access bridge inspection above a water course.

Anglian Water supplies clean drinking water and manages wastewater (sewage) for millions in the East of England and Hartlepool, while focusing on environmental protection, water conservation in a dry region, and providing support for vulnerable customers and businesses. They source water from reservoirs, rivers, and aquifers, treat it, deliver it, collect used water, and return it safely to the environment. We are delighted to be assisting them with maintaining and upgrading their facilities and maintaining their plant stock.

It is envisaged that we will be able to assist Kite with various areas of our expertise, from assessing building movement in existing assets, to designing replacement or new structure, walkways, support beams, foundations or drainage elements. We look forward to developing our new relationship further!
