We are thrilled to be embarking on a new relationship with Fen Group Ltd, Cambridgeshire's leading water and land management company.

Fen Group is a trusted name in water and land management services with over 40 years experience in offering land drainage and water management solutions for the agricultural community, private clients, land managers, charities, nature estates, Internal Drainage Boards and consultants and are recommended by clients as diverse as the RSPB, the Sandringham Estate and farmers from across the region.

Based in Friday Bridge, near Wisbech, their experts can devise and deliver innovative solutions to any drainage, irrigation, construction or maintenance problem no matter how complex. They have an extensive fleet of specialist plant and experienced environmentally trained operators that can deliver on projects of any size.

We will be collaborating closely to deliver a comprehensive solution that encompasses the design and subsequent construction of several critical components for our project. This includes the creation of a new pumphouse access staircase, which will ensure safe and efficient entry to the pumphouse for maintenance and operational activities. In addition to the staircase, we will also be constructing a services gantry, which will serve as a vital support structure for utilities and equipment, facilitating easy access for service personnel while ensuring that all operational needs are met effectively.

Furthermore, our project will involve the installation of a durable slab hardstanding, designed to provide a stable and reliable surface for various operational activities, including the movement of equipment and personnel. This hardstanding will be engineered to withstand the specific loads and conditions expected in the area, ensuring long-term performance and safety. We will also be implementing a new culvert, which will play a crucial role in managing water flow and drainage in the vicinity, thereby preventing potential flooding and ensuring the integrity of the surrounding infrastructure.

In addition to these permanent structures, we will be constructing a temporary vehicle access bridge. This bridge will be essential for facilitating the movement of construction vehicles and personnel to and from the work site, particularly during the initial phases of the project, as well as providing safe continued access for adjacent land and property owners. The design of this bridge will prioritise safety and efficiency, allowing for smooth operations without hindering the overall progress of the construction activities.
